Yes, we understand emergencies happen. We request a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled within the 12-hour window, or no-shows, will be counted as a completed session and deducted from your active package balance.
Packages are specifically customized for individual treatment plans and are non-transferable. Unused sessions are non-refundable, but they remain valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, giving you flexibility in your recovery timeline.
